The Veemo LT, now powered by the ENVO powertrain, is a product born from years of Research & Development. This version of the Veemo replaces the semi-enclosed body with a front bumper and rear passenger seat and foot rests. The LT a great option for riders who are looking for the added stability and comfort of the Veemo platform, but don't require the added weather protection provided by the exterior body. Plus, the platform is fully compatible with the exterior body, so it can be added on later. This smooth, dynamic, elegant velomobile is the world's most practical utilitarian vehicle to get you from A to B on-time, every time. More importantly, it does so with zero-emissions for pennies on the dollar compared to driving a car. Below is ENVO's warranty policy and procedures. Should you have any issues with your purchase from us, or need assistance with handling warranty, repairs, or replacements, please do not hesitate to CONTACT US.
All ENVO products including eBikes, eScooters, etc. as well as components including motor, controller, display, battery, charger, throttle, PAS sensor, brake sensors are covered up to 12 months of warranty, with an option to purchase extended warranty up to 24 months unless otherwise specified. The warranty specifics depends on the product and the sales channel and can be confirmed with the retailer.
Warranty covers manufacturing and parts defect. In case of any defect ENVO will:
- Provide same or compatible part of comparable performance as replacement.
- Offer store credit.
Warranty Requirements
- Proof of purchase
- Bike and/or Battery Serial Number
- Supporting evidence of defect such as pictures/videos
Please note the warranty is offered to original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Warranty Does not cover
- Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (Tires, tubes, brake pads, rotors, chain, cassette, spokes, grips, seat, etc.)
- Parts damaged due to neglect (rusting or lack of maintenance).
- Accident, misuse, improper storage, abnormal usage (stunts, mountain biking), improper installation or assembly
- Labor charges
- Any modifications made to the bike's parameters or components without written approval. This includes changes made to the display or controller that render the bike inoperative. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding modifications or approval
- Warranty is void if ebike is used for rental or bike sharing program or in case of unauthorized modification and disassembly.
- Bicycle service and tune up.
- Product images serve as visual representations and may exhibit minor inconsistencies due to stock availability. These discrepancies are not considered faults and do not qualify for warranty claims.
