1. What is Ride the Wild's return policy?
  • We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Be sure to include the original order confirmation or packing slip.
2. How do I initiate a return?
  • To start a return, please email our team at support@ridethewildoutdoors.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies to all products.
3. What items are non-refundable?
  • Certain items are non-refundable, including used products and gifts. Please make sure your items are eligible for a return by checking our return policy or contacting our support team.
4. Is there a warranty on Ride the Wild products?
  • Yes! We stand behind the quality of our products. For details on specific warranty terms for each item, please refer to the warranty information on the product page or contact us at support@ridethewildoutdoors.com for assistance.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@ridethewildoutdoors.com. Send us a description and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly, either by replacing the item or providing other solutions.
6. Can I exchange a product?
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to get the item you want is to return the current item according to our return policy. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
7. How long does it take to process a refund?
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
8. Where do you ship, and how long will it take to receive my order?
  • We currently ship to the Continental U.S. only. Handling time is 1–3 business days, and free standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. All orders are shipped from warehouses located in the U.S.
